FOR ME THAT “IS NOT TRUE”  OF COURSE THERE WILL BE SOME WATER
LOSS.
SUGAR AND CARBS  GO TOGETHER LIKE HAM AND EGGS-
DRINKING MORE WATER OF COURSE IS A “MUST” TO CLEAN OUT THE GUTS, THAT’S SIMPLE COMMON SENSE.
AS YOU CUT THE CARBS YOU WILL BE ELIMINATING MORE WATER THAN USUAL.
IT IS A KNOWN FACT “BLOOD SUGAR” IS DISSOLVED IN ABOUT FOUR GRAMS OF WATER.YOU BURN THE “STORED”SUGAR  .
ONCE THE WATAER WEIGHT IS GONE, YOU WILL START BURNING FAT.
YOU WILL STILL BE LOSING WEIGHT BUT MORE SLOWLY.
HOW ABOUT THE CARBS/SUGAR IN FRUITS ARE THEY THE SAME AS WITH   WHEAT CARBS ETC>?
