TO MY UNDERSTANDING IT IS “UNWISE  TO LOAD YOUR BODY WITH  “SUGAR” IN THE MORNING; BEST NOT TO.
BODY FAT METABOLIZED WONT WORK IF THE BODY IS LOADED WITH CARBS/SUGARS.
OF COURSE ITS CONTROVERSAL  –   “PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING” AS HEY SAY.
