ALL TRANSFATS ARE NOT BAD

In review  “it is true” that the “artificial trans fats found in hydrogenated oils are bad; that is NOT SO for the “natural fatty acids”; they are “needed by our bodies”

A very “important” one of coaurse is CLA, called conjuged linoleic acid, effective in getting rid of body fat, and improving our muscle mass.
How does CLA do it? “it increases the metabolic rate, lowering the appetite forcing the body cells to increasse the body energy  –  that is of course my opinion and the  o pinion of those in the business of NOT resorting to dangerous prescription methodologies.
these foods contain CLA  – cheeses, milk , beef, turkey  , butter, and other diary products,  “organic is best of course, the others are contaminated by poisonous drugs given to animals to increase production.

of course when the cows eat grass, their milk will be better than prepared food   –   pure  common  sense wouldnt you say?
